compensation or commissions from the recommendation or sale
of financial products. Unlike financial advisors who act
as both advisor and commissioned sales person, CS Advisors

Steven Sherman is the President of CS Advisors Inc.,
a financial planning and wealth management firm. As an investment
advisor, Mr. Sherman develops tax efficient investment portfolios
based on a foundation of asset allocation and strategic
diversification. Mr. Sherman is committed to providing comprehensive,
objective, and honest financial management services for
his valued clients. |

| Mr. Sherman has a strong background in a broad range of
financial markets that gives him a unique ability to develop,
technically evaluate, and monitor investment strategies customized
to individual portfolios. He has nearly 20 years of investment
experience in equity, fixed income, derivatives, and commodity
futures. His expertise lies in analyzing and quantifying risk
associated with diversified investment portfolios. |
| Experience |
| Mr. Sherman started his career in the financial industry
in 1986 as an options market maker. He was a member of The
American Stock Exchange, Commodities Exchange and The New
York Futures Exchange. During his tenure as a partner of Capital
Management from 1986 through 1994, Mr. Sherman specialized
in assessing the risk and pricing of portfolios of equities,
equity options, index options and futures. In 1995, Mr. Sherman,
started a wholesale Mortgage Banking company. As an executive
in the mortgage banking industry from 1995 through 2001, he
managed portfolios of fixed income products consisting of
residential mortgages. Since forming CS Advisors Inc in 2002,
he has focused on providing the highest quality financial
services by helping clients formulate and maintain portfolios
properly constructed to build wealth over time while limiting
risk exposure. |
| Education |
| Mr. Sherman received a Bachelor of Science Degree (B.S.)
in Economics in 1985 from the State University of New York
at Binghamton, and a Master of Arts Degree (M.A.) in Economics
and Finance in 1986 from the same university. His thesis work
was a technical evaluation of derivative pricing of highly
correlated assets. He believes his continuing education combined
with daily research of investments and financial markets benefits
his clients. |

| Mr. Sherman currently resides in Boca Raton, Florida with
his wife Mary and their golden retriever, Cocoanut.
